Instructional Aide

The instructional aide will provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to high school students in a special education program, collaborating with educators to implement each student's individualized education program (Iep). Responsibilities include implementing individualized instruction, monitoring student progress, managing behavior, and assisting students in developing essential life skills both in the classroom and community settings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with passage of a basic skills test, and the ability to obtain company-Approved crisis management training and a state driver's license. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or higher in a related field and paraprofessional certification, along with experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities.
