Residential Youth Program Leader - Community Hero Initiative Program (CHIP)

Youth program leaders are responsible for the supervision and safety of minors participating in the community hero initiative program (Chip), including adherence to youth compliance policies and emergency response protocols. They may also assist with developing instructional content and delivering lessons and activities during the program dates of july 13-16, 2026.

Candidates must be prepared to monitor participant safety, whereabouts, and actions, and must be able to respond quickly and calmly to sensitive issues or behavioral problems while following notification protocols. This position requires mandatory background checks and clearances, including pa state police, pa child abuse history, and fbi fingerprint checks.
