Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a bcba using evidence-Based techniques. Responsibilities include teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while actively working to reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team, while also being physically capable of demanding movements and lifting up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or ged, pass a background check, and be bilingual in spanish.
