RBT/BT with Teens (Registered Behavior Technician)

The role involves providing home-Based and community-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children over the age of 10, implementing personalized treatment programs under supervision. Key duties include attending team meetings, accurately collecting data, maintaining clinical records, and professionally discussing interventions with parents and caregivers.

Candidates must be willing to obtain or already possess rbt certification and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience with children or a relevant bachelor's degree, along with excellent communication, problem-Solving skills, organization, and the physical ability to perform job tasks.
