  • Monday-Friday 7-4pm, 8-5pm or 9-6pm
  • Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 depending on experience
  • Incentives: Up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with hand/upper extremity experience with readiness to test for CHT. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Responsibilities

Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management. High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
