Adaptive Behavioral Specialist

The specialist will utilize behavior modification techniques to monitor progress, implement trauma informed care, and facilitate behavior groups for children in grades pre-K-5. Duties also include providing crisis intervention, promoting parental involvement, and ensuring a safe, structured environment for all children.

A high school diploma is required along with three years of experience working with children; however, a bachelor's degree is preferred and waives the experience requirement. Candidates must possess the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients and regulatory agencies.
