Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One, life-Changing aba therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism or developmental delays, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior support plans through natural play. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, writing session notes, and communicating client progress to parents under bcba guidance.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a college degree is preferred, and candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting clients, assuming various postures for extended periods, and performing tasks like feeding, diapering, and toileting.
