School Behavioral Specialist - Summer Camp

The behavioral specialist will utilize behavior modification techniques to monitor progress, implement trauma informed care, and assist with planning for summer programming and special events. Duties also include providing crisis intervention, facilitating behavior groups, and acting as a role model for appropriate interaction and coping skills.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma along with three years of experience working with children; a bachelor's degree is preferred but waives the experience requirement. The role requires the ability to respond to common inquiries from clients and regulatory agencies.
