Skills Trainer

The skills trainer delivers structured, individualized instruction across five core areas of pre-Employment transition services, including job exploration, work-Based learning, and self-Advocacy training. This role also involves detailed documentation, managing a caseload, and collaborating with counselors, schools, and families to support students toward competitive employment.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in human services, education, or psychology, along with a reliable vehicle and a valid driving license. Preferred qualifications include experience in case management, proper documentation, and skills in crisis management and problem-Solving.
