After School Program Instructor (Elementary Schools)

Program instructors are expected to facilitate classrooms of 10-20 students, create engaging activities, and provide homework and academic support. Duties include planning and facilitating academic, enrichment, and physical skill-Building activities aligned with state educational standards.

Candidates must possess an associate degree or higher, 48 college units, or pass the instructional aide exam, along with previous experience leading and supervising groups of students. A commitment to working every day during after-School hours for the entire academic year is required, alongside passing background checks and maintaining basic technology skills.
