After School Program Instructor (Middle School)

Instructors will facilitate classrooms of 10-20 students, creating engaging activities and providing homework and academic support based on state educational standards. Duties also include planning and facilitating academic, enrichment, and physical skill-Building activities while maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents.

Candidates must possess an associate degree or higher, 48 college units, or pass the instructional aide exam, along with previous experience working with children and the ability to independently supervise up to 22 students. A commitment to working every day during after-School hours for the academic year and passing background checks are mandatory.
