Youth Stabilization Specialist - Night Shift

Core responsibilities
The specialist will provide continuous supervision, structure, and emotional support to youth while implementing daily routines and behavioral strategies consistent with individual treatment plans. Responsibilities also include utilizing trauma-Informed techniques, intervening in crises, coordinating transportation, and completing all required documentation accurately.
Requirements summary
Candidates must meet specific education and experience criteria, such as a bachelor's degree plus one year of experience, or an associate's degree plus two years, or a high school diploma/Ged plus three years of applicable experience working with youth or families. Applicants must also be at least 21 years old, pass background checks, and possess a valid driver's license.
