Primary nursing responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care guided by ana standards. Nurses assist patients to attain or maintain optimal health by implementing care strategies and evaluating responses to treatment within a patient-Centered health care plan.

Applicants must be registered nurses with a minimum of one year of acute care experience, holding an active rn license and required certifications including bls, acls, pals, and nihss. Experience in using critical intervention skills is preferred, along with formal hospital orientation and annual non-Violent crisis intervention training.
