Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Charlotte / Hybrid

The bcba will conduct functional and skill-Based assessments, customize treatment plans based on results, and direct registered behavior technicians through supervision and data review. Responsibilities also include developing behavior plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors and teaching functional skills like communication and daily living skills.

Candidates must hold current certification as a board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and be bilingual in english and spanish. A minimum of two years of experience working with the asd population is required, with at least one year of home-Based aba experience being highly preferred.
