Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children with autism, utilizing play-Based aba therapy to teach essential communication, social, and everyday life skills. Responsibilities also include diligently tracking progress and collecting session data using a mobile device, while partnering closely with families and the clinical team.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with availability during weekday afternoons or evenings (3 pm to 8 pm, minimum 3 days/Week) and reliable transportation including a valid license and insurance. Experience or a strong passion for caregiving, education, or working with children with special needs is preferred.
