Direct Support Life Skills Trainer

The role involves providing rewarding work by helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow, learn, and live well, while developing meaningful relationships with them. Responsibilities include supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges.

Candidates must be compassionate, patient, and willing to support individuals with complex needs, including behavioral challenges. A valid driver's license held for at least one year post-Permit, a clean motor vehicle record, and proof of auto insurance are mandatory requirements for this driving position.
