In this role, you’ll support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in real workplaces throughout the Portland metro area—helping them learn skills, build confidence, and succeed on the job.

Area Relief Job Coach (Flexible Role) We’re also hiring for an Area Relief Job Coach—ideal if you enjoy variety and flexibility. In this role, you’ll: Provide coverage at different job sites across the Portland area Work with a variety of individuals and employers Adapt quickly to new environments Perfect for someone who likes a dynamic, on-the-go workday.

Basic Requirements 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel locally between job sites Ability to pass required background checks Comfortable with light physical activity (walking, standing, etc.) Experience in IDD, human services, or education is a plus—but not required.
