Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The role involves supervising and developing applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment programs, conducting functional behavior assessments, and developing positive behavior support plans compliant with agency guidance. Responsibilities also include training teachers and staff on interventions and supporting parent training to facilitate aba strategies at home and in the community.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and be certified as a bcba through the bacb or licensed as a behavior specialist by the pa state board of medicine. A minimum of 2 years of aba or behavioral field experience is required, with at least one year specifically as a behavior analyst or specialist.
