Parent Educator

The parent educator will conduct home visits with families from prenatal through kindergarten, providing education on parenting and child development while developing individualized plans and goals. This role also involves using screening tools, documenting visits, maintaining records, and coordinating group connections for families.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in a related field, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass required background checks. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and comfort in responding calmly during crisis situations.
