What You’ll Do You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting youth in a residential setting: Serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth Build meaningful relationships and understand each youth's treatment plan and goals Support daily routines, including hygiene, structure, and life skills Respond to emotional needs with empathy, guidance, and encouragement Manage crisis situations safely using trained intervention techniques Administer medications in accordance with protocols Document progress, incidents, and daily activities accurately Coordinate with therapists, supervisors, schools, and families Facilitate recreational, educational, and spiritual enrichment activities What You Bring Caring, compassion, and a desire to make a difference in a child's life.
