Direct Care/Treatment Associate

The treatment associate will serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth in a residential setting, supporting daily routines, building relationships, and understanding individual treatment goals. Responsibilities also include managing crises safely, administering medications according to protocol, documenting progress, and coordinating with various support staff and families.

Candidates must possess caring compassion and strong communication skills, along with sound judgment to remain calm during crises. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged, a valid driver's license, the ability to pass background checks, and being at least 21 years of age.
