BCaBA - TES Academy

The role involves providing one-On-One behavioral support to students, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (Bips), and writing iep goals and objectives. Responsibilities also include overseeing crisis plans, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with staff and families using evidence-Based strategies.

Candidates must possess a valid board certified assistant behavior analyst (Bcaba) licensure and access to a mobile phone and basic internet. Applicants are required to pass a bci/Fbi background check, have a current tb test, reliable transportation with appropriate auto insurance, and the physical ability to intervene when necessary.
