Pre-Rbt / Rbt

The role involves providing one-On-One support to clients in various settings, implementing behavior intervention plans under bcba supervision, and using aba strategies to foster skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. Responsibilities also include tracking progress and maintaining accurate daily documentation while building relationships with clients and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be willing to complete rbt training and certification if not already certified. Essential requirements include reliable transportation, a valid driver's license with minimum insurance coverage, the ability to travel between client locations, and passing a doj/Fbi background clearance and a recent negative tb test.
