SAS Site Assistant, Afternoons - Stanford Montessori Elementary School

The role involves actively leading and engaging groups of 15–20 children in various activities, both indoors and outdoors, while ensuring program spaces are set up, clean, and child-Friendly. Responsibilities also include helping to plan and implement quality curriculum aligned with ymca guidelines and building positive relationships with staff, school personnel, and families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating enthusiasm, organization, and a passion for youth development. Required certifications include cpr/First aid/Aed within 30 days of hire, along with completing mandatory pre-Shift checks like background checks and training.
