Do you love the water and helping others learn to swim with confidence? We’re looking for enthusiastic Swim Instructor - Summer Seasonal to join our team! You’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where participants build lifelong swimming skills.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead swim classes from in the water, ensuring safety, fun, and progression for all participants. With organized lesson plans, you’ll teach proper swimming techniques, encourage growth, and provide regular feedback to swimmers and parents. Plus, you’ll help keep equipment organized and contribute to a positive Y experience for every member.
What You’ll Bring

- Age: 16
