SAS Site Assistant, Mornings - Stanford Montessori Elementary School

The assistant will actively lead and engage groups of 15–20 children in activities both indoors and outdoors, while also setting up program spaces and ensuring cleanliness. Responsibilities include helping to plan and implement a quality curriculum aligned with ymca guidelines and building positive relationships with staff, school personnel, and families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating enthusiasm, organization, and a passion for youth development. Required certifications include cpr/First aid/Aed within 30 days of hire, alongside completing mandatory orientation, background checks, and training before the first shift.
