Adjunct Faculty - ABE/HSE Language Arts

The adjunct faculty member will be responsible for teaching various levels of hse (High school equivalency) language arts foundation, essentials, pre-Hse skills, topics, and applications courses. Classes may be offered during daytime, evening, or online modalities based on student demand.

A minimum requirement is the equivalent of one year of teaching work experience (2000 hours) in the field, along with a bachelor's degree in adult education or a related field. Preferred qualifications include experience working with non-Native english speakers and teaching disadvantaged adults.
