Chess Instructor | Spring

Instructors will lead fun, interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students using a structured curriculum to teach fundamentals and promote good sportsmanship. This includes managing a lively classroom, encouraging critical thinking, and following all school safety protocols while traveling to various local school sites.

Candidates must have required experience working with groups of children, be comfortable leading classes independently, and possess a strong grasp of chess fundamentals to explain concepts clearly to an age-Appropriate audience. Applicants also need reliable personal transportation and availability on weekday afternoons between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to teach 1 to 5 classes weekly.
