Therapist

The therapist engages patients in therapeutic processes through individual and group therapy sessions, providing interventions for behavioral health needs. They also conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain treatment records in accordance with guidelines.

Candidates must have a master’s degree in social work and a new york state license (Lmsw, lcsw, or lmhc). Strong communication skills and bilingual proficiency in english and spanish/Creole are required, along with preferred experience in a behavioral health setting.
