Spanish Speaking Youth Engagement Specialist - Detroit, MI

The specialist will represent the organization at a partner high school, focusing on recruiting students and leading them in meaningful afterschool, weekend, and in-Class service learning projects. Key administrative duties include weekly data entry into salesforce and writing monthly engagement reports to improve program outcomes.

Candidates must be passionate, committed to community service, and possess required spanish language proficiency due to working in a spanish immersion high school. Essential qualifications include demonstrated experience as a teacher/Facilitator, knowledge of systemic community issues, and at least two years of engaging youth in classroom or extracurricular settings.
