Elementary Lead Teacher (3-5)

The elementary lead teacher will serve as a homeroom co-Teacher in a 50/50 immersion model, responsible for delivering high-Quality instruction in ela or math to one or two grade levels (3-5). Key duties include designing common core-Aligned lesson plans, analyzing assessment data, and fostering an inviting, high-Energy learning environment.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of elementary teaching experience with a proven track record of student growth, though a master's degree and teaching license are preferred. Deep subject-Matter knowledge and exceptional communication skills are necessary to ensure a seamless dual-Language experience.
