(Avondale) Middle School Social Studies (SS) and English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher for the 2026-2027 SY (July Start)

The teacher will provide instruction in both social studies and english language arts for grades 6-8, preparing engaging lessons aligned with arizona state standards covering topics like history, civics, reading, and writing. Responsibilities also include utilizing school-Adopted systems, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and maintaining a structured learning environment.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree, a valid arizona ivp fingerprint clearance card, cpr/First aid certification, and at least one year of teaching experience. Preferred qualifications include an arizona teaching certificate or a master's degree or higher.
