Youth Enrichment Specialist (Day Camp Counselor)

Youth enrichment staff will assist with the daily program and supervision of participants at their assigned site, maintaining required staff-To-Child ratios while actively participating in activities. Key duties include implementing trauma-Sensitive approaches, assisting instructors with activity planning and facilitation, and accurately tracking attendance and program data.

The ideal candidate is a positive, passionate educator, 16 years or older, who is proactive, flexible, and eager to motivate youth to learn and grow. Preferred experience includes working with children in grades k-8, alongside a strong belief in student-Centered learning and effective classroom management skills.
