Direct Support Professional - Howell School Road (Sun, Mon, Tues: 7 am - 7 pm)

The direct support professional will empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges by providing hands-On support with daily living skills such as dressing, hygiene, and feeding, while following individualized care plans. Responsibilities also include administering medications, maintaining a safe environment, using approved behavior support techniques, and encouraging community participation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and the ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs, along with a valid u.s. Driver's license meeting specific driving record criteria. Experience in disability services is preferred but not required as training is provided.
