Ela resource teacher

The teacher is responsible for working with administrators and instructional teams to implement educational programs and activities while diagnosing and analyzing student progress to provide appropriate instruction. Duties also include managing the classroom, utilizing varied instructional techniques, and maintaining professional relationships with parents and staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and be certified or eligible for certification by the florida state department of education to teach in florida k-12 settings. Required abilities include knowledge of prescribed curriculum, strong communication skills, planning and organizational skills, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
