Summer Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist supports club leadership by delivering an outcome-Driven club experience across various program pillars, directly working with youth to ensure their safety, well-Being, and development through interactive activities. Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating assigned programs, managing necessary supplies, tracking member data, and ensuring daily program areas are set up and cleaned.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in a related field preferred, alongside some experience working or volunteering with youth in development settings. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, proficiency in positive youth engagement, and the ability to manage administrative tasks and maintain safety standards.
