Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide direct client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training, following prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation. The role requires physical capability, extreme reliability, patience, emotional control, and strong attention to detail.
