  • Fort Worth Country Day School, Inc. - Fort Worth, TX 76109Middle Spanish & French Teacher and Advisor Fort Worth Country Day is seeking an enthusiastic, student-centered educator who loves teaching middle school students and is eager to join a vibrant community. Reporting to the Head of Middle School, this dynamic, highly qualified, and approachable teacher will serve as both a member of the Modern and Classical Languages department and an advisor, beginning in August 2026. Our ideal candidate builds strong relationships with students and designs engaging, collaborative lessons that invite learners to construct knowledge together. They also have classroom management skills which emphasize mutual respect and positive reinforcement. We value educators who bring a balanced pedagogical toolkit grounded in research-supported methods while remaining open to exploring new approaches. Beyond the classroom, we seek educators who look forward to participating in the broader life of the school in ways that are sustainable and support a healthy work-life balance. Our teachers delight in the energy and humor of middle school students, bring optimism and curiosity to their work, and thrive in a collegial community of adults who learn from and with one another.
