Night Youth Care Worker

The night youth care worker will ensure the safety and provide continuous supervision for the youth in the program while fostering a supportive atmosphere tailored to student needs. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting student behaviors, assisting with educational and recreational activities, and collaborating with staff to meet treatment plan goals.

Applicants must be 21 years or older and possess either a high school diploma or ged along with 40 hours of college education, or one year of experience working with youth in organized group activities. The role requires dedication to improving the lives of troubled and at-Risk youth.
