Center-Based Behavior Technician - Training Provided

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years of age or older. Successful applicants must also obtain necessary certifications and pass a background check, including the ability to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds.
