Childcare Substitute – Before & After School

The before and after-School program team is responsible for facilitating hands-On activities following the healthy kids curriculum, including fitness, steam, academic, art, and group activities, as well as assisting with homework completion. Team members must provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment, act as positive role models, and communicate daily with parents via the playground app.

Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for one year of experience working with children under 13. Applicants must be medically cleared of communicable diseases, demonstrate warm and friendly demeanor, possess exceptional people skills, and be physically capable of bending, stretching, lifting up to 50 lbs., and keeping up with children.
