School Based Therapist-Enka District

The school based behavioral health therapist will provide outpatient mental health treatment in assigned school settings, meeting clinical benchmarks for quality care and productivity while ensuring compliance with program contracts and regulations. Specific duties include providing individual, family, and group therapy, conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, and participating in 24/7 on-Call crisis support.

Minimum qualifications require a master's degree in mental health, counseling, or social work, along with qualifying licensure such as lcsw, lmhc, or doctoral level psychologist; provisional licenses are allowed. Required computer skills include excellent proficiency in microsoft office applications.
