Core responsibilities
The coordinator will deliver comprehensive services, including academic support, emotional coaching, career planning, and financial aid navigation, to prospective and current beach pathway and eop students. This role also involves leading outreach efforts and coordinating the beach pathways mentoring program to enhance student success and belonging.
Requirements summary
A minimum requirement is the equivalent of a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science, public/Business administration, or related field, plus two years of professional experience in student services programs. Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree in student development & higher education or msw, and strong knowledge of systems like peoplesoft and eab navigate.
