Community Coach (Per Diem) [Long Beach Center]

As a community coach, you will guide individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, focusing on skill-Building and community integration. You will also develop individual service plans and maintain relationships with families and agency staff.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience working with children with special needs and providing case management services is preferred.
