Intervention Specialist

The intervention specialist is responsible for the daily management of their assigned classroom, including maintaining schedules and crafting and implementing personalized instruction based on student iep goals and objectives. They must also collect and report progress monitoring data and maintain communication with parents regarding student performance.

Candidates must possess an intervention specialist license or the ability to obtain a supplemental one, along with ohio department of education certification, which can be completed upon hire. Essential requirements include experience with individual education plans (Ieps), a positive and goal-Oriented attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-Paced, team-Oriented environment while handling stressful situations.
