Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional will guide children and teens with developmental disabilities in daily activities at home and in the community, focusing on teaching social, self-Help, and independence skills. Responsibilities also include supporting progress, following behavior plans, and tracking milestones to foster growth and independence.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine love for working with children, along with reliable transportation. The role requires reliability and a commitment to growth while supporting clients.
