Core responsibilities
As a behavior technician, you will work directly with children and teens with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Key duties include providing consistent 1:1 support, collecting and recording progress data, and collaborating with supervisors and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine passion for helping children and teens grow, along with reliable transportation. Bilingual spanish skills are desired for this role.
