Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, utilizing play-Based aba therapy to teach essential communication, social, and everyday life skills. Responsibilities also include accurately tracking progress and collecting session data using a mobile device, while partnering closely with families and the clinical team.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with availability for weekday afternoon/Evening shifts (3 pm to 8 pm, minimum 3 days per week) and reliable transportation. Candidates should be comfortable using technology for data collection and ideally possess experience or a passion for caregiving or working with children with special needs.
