Enrollment Specialist

The enrollment specialist facilitates staff, family, and community activities while conducting in-Person and telephone interviews to verify family eligibility for early childhood programs. Key duties include maintaining accurate eligibility records, managing caseload enrollment levels, tracking attendance, and performing outreach to ensure service needs are met.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and obtain pediatric cpr/First aid certification, along with a social work or related credential within 18 months of hire. Required experience includes 1-2 years of clerical/Administrative support and developing rapport with diverse families and community agencies.
