Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will assist children with autism in learning and developing communication, socialization, and self-Help skills through play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy. Responsibilities also include physical requirements such as pushing, pulling, lifting up to 35 pounds, and moving quickly as needed for client assignments.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the us, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a valid driver's license and personal vehicle. A consistent weekly schedule availability, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and possible weekends, is required, as is the ability to pass a background check.
