SY 2026-2027: Kindergarten English Lead Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for fostering a student-Centered learning environment, teaching all core content areas in english (Ela, social studies, math, science) according to a 50/50 immersion model, and collaborating with colleagues to implement the school's instructional program. Key duties include developing culturally sustaining lessons, analyzing student data to drive instruction, maintaining equitable practices, and engaging positively with students and families.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in education or curriculum and instruction, with at least two years of teaching experience preferred, though a teaching license is not required. Ideal candidates are energetic, flexible, knowledgeable in learning standards, skilled in student-Centered support planning, and capable of excelling in a multicultural, multidisciplinary team setting.
